How to Request a Refund

Account & Billing Apr 11, 2026
We want you to be satisfied with our services. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under our refund policy.

Refund Policy Overview

Hosting Services: New hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of service (money-back guarantee). After 30 days, refunds are generally not available for hosting services.

Domain Registrations: Domain name registrations are non-refundable. This is because domain registrations are processed immediately with the registry and cannot be reversed.

SSL Certificates: Paid SSL certificates may be refundable within 30 days if the certificate has not been issued. Once issued, refunds may not be available.

Add-on Services: Refund eligibility for add-on services varies. Contact support for details on specific products.

How to Request a Refund

1. Log in to your client area.
2. Navigate to "Support" and click "Open New Ticket."
3. Select the "Billing" department.
4. In the subject, write "Refund Request" followed by your service or invoice number.
5. In the message, explain the reason for your refund request.
6. Submit the ticket.

Our billing team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

What Happens After Approval

If your refund is approved:

- Credit card payments are refunded to the original card. This typically takes 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
- PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account.
- Bank transfers are refunded to the originating bank account.
- Alternatively, you may request the refund as account credit for future use.

Important Notes

- Refund requests made after the eligible period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Services purchased with account credit are refunded as account credit.
- Promotional or discounted services may have different refund terms.
- Abuse of the refund policy may result in account restrictions.

If you have questions about your eligibility, contact our billing team before submitting a formal request.
