Account & Billing Apr 11, 2026
We offer multiple payment methods to make it easy for you to pay for your hosting services. This guide explains the available options and how to manage your payment preferences.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit and Debit Cards (via Stripe)
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

PayPal
Pay using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or any card associated with your PayPal account. PayPal is available for both one-time and recurring payments.

Bank Transfer
For larger payments or customers who prefer traditional banking, we accept direct bank transfers. Bank transfer details are provided on your invoice. Please include your invoice number as the payment reference.

Note: Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days to process and be applied to your account.

How to Pay an Invoice

1. Log in to your client area.
2. Navigate to "Billing" then "My Invoices."
3. Click on the unpaid invoice.
4. Select your preferred payment method.
5. Follow the prompts to complete the payment.

Updating Your Payment Method

To update the card on file for future payments:

1. Go to "Billing" then "Payment Methods."
2. Click "Add New Payment Method" or edit an existing one.
3. Enter your new card details.
4. Save the changes.

Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. We are PCI DSS compliant and never store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe and PayPal handle all sensitive payment data.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired cards, or bank security blocks. Update your payment method and retry, or contact your bank if the issue persists.
