Disk Space
Disk space refers to the total storage available for your website files, emails, databases, and logs. Plans range from a few gigabytes to unlimited storage depending on your tier. You can monitor your usage from the dashboard at any time.
Bandwidth (Data Transfer)
Bandwidth is the amount of data transferred between your server and visitors each month. Every time someone loads a page, downloads a file, or views an image, it uses bandwidth. Most standard websites use well under their allotted bandwidth.
Email Accounts
Your plan includes the ability to create professional email addresses using your domain name (e.g., info@yourdomain.com). The number of accounts varies by plan. Each account comes with its own storage quota.
Databases
MySQL databases are used by content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, and other dynamic applications. Your plan specifies how many databases you can create. Each database can be managed through phpMyAdmin.
PHP Versions
You can select which PHP version runs your website. We support PHP 8.1 through 8.4, allowing you to choose the version that best suits your application. PHP versions can be changed per domain from your control panel.
SSL Certificates
All plans include free SSL certificates powered by Let's Encrypt. SSL encrypts the connection between your visitors and your server, displays the padlock icon in browsers, and is essential for SEO rankings.
Automatic Backups
Depending on your plan, daily or weekly backups are performed automatically. These backups include your files, databases, and email data. You can restore from a backup at any time through your control panel.

If you find that you need more resources, you can upgrade your plan at any time from the client area. Upgrades are prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period.
